Booking & joining
Browse the schedule, save a spot in a session that suits you, and come back when it is about to start. The lobby opens an hour before, the room a few minutes before, and you join from the session page.
- How do I find a session?The schedule lists sessions by day; open any one to see the details.
- How do I book a session?Open the session and tap "Save my spot". Booking is free and you can cancel any time.
- Are times shown in my timezone?Yes - sessions show in your device or profile timezone. You can set it in Settings.
- When can I join the room?Doors open an hour before the start; the room itself opens a few minutes ahead.
- How do I cancel a booking?Open the session and tap Cancel. Your spot frees up for someone else.
- What if a session is full?Full sessions cannot be joined - pick another one; there is always one about to start.
- Can I be in two sessions at once?You are live in one room at a time - joining another gently hangs up the first.
- Someone sent me a room linkA room link takes you to the session page to book or join first - never straight into the room.
- How do favourite hosts work?Tap the heart on a host's page to favourite them and get a heads-up when they open a session.
- Can I invite a friend to a session?Yes - tap Invite a friend on any session page. Your friend sees the session first, then signs up if they want in.
