Task Party

How do events work?

An event is a session with one presenter, sometimes a co-presenter, and up to 30 people. You book it like any session, and when you book you can send the presenter a question in advance. In the room the presenter fills the big frame, or their screen does while they share it, and everyone else sits in a strip of small tiles underneath with cameras on. Chat and the attendee list are on the left as usual.

Your mic is off for the whole event unless the presenter lets you in. Tap Raise hand on the deck when you'd like to speak; the presenter sees hands in the order they went up and taps Allow. Your mic then opens, you talk, and when the presenter ends your turn or locks all mics it closes again. You can lower your hand yourself any time. Events, like every room, are never recorded.
