Yes. Go to Settings → Membership, open Manage billing and choose Pause. Your card is not charged while the membership is paused, and there is no time limit - it stays paused until you resume it, from the same place.
While paused you can still sign in and look around, but booking, joining and hosting are closed until you resume. Everything - your tasks, history, referrals and earned months - is exactly as you left it.
If you host: a paused month never counts as a quiet month for your host benefit. Pausing is the right move if you know you will not be hosting for a while.
