Hosts have real tools to protect the room. From the ⋯ menu on a person's tile, a host can mute their mic, turn off their camera, or remove them from the session. Removing someone stops them rejoining that session and sends us a report automatically.
These tools are for safety only, to be used when the room needs it - never to shut down a disagreement. Hosts are held to the same rules as everyone, and misusing the tools is itself reportable.
