We keep only what is needed: your login, the profile you chose, your activity (sessions, tasks, notes, thanks), and reports you file. Room chat is kept just for that room's people and deleted 30 days after the session ends. We never store session video or audio, because there isn't any to store.
You can delete your account any time in Settings - it removes your profile, tasks, bookings and notes, and scrubs your name from any messages you left behind. The full list of what we store and who helps us run it is in our Privacy Policy.
