Tasks are your own private to-do list. Bring one into a session as your goal, tick it off when it is done, and watch your focus add up over the weeks.
- How do tasks work?Three kinds: My tasks (your list), session tasks (typed in a room, last that hour) and Recurring (a standing list every room offers).
- What does the list icon on a task do?It keeps a session task in My tasks. Outline = this session only; solid = it is in My tasks.
- What are recurring tasks?A standing list of things you do most sessions. Rooms offer it; adding one makes a copy for that session.
- Where do my finished tasks go?On the Tasks page the last 10 crossed-off tasks stay at the bottom; session tasks live on in that session's recap.
- Are my tasks private?Yes - only the tasks you add to a session show on your tile; the rest is yours alone.
- What are my focus stats?A running count of sessions attended, hours focused, your average rating, and a weekly chart.
- Where do I see my booked and past sessions?The Sessions page lists the sessions you have booked and the ones you have attended.
- What are the badges, and what do they mean?Small party objects for showing up. Nothing counts down, nothing resets, and nobody sees them unless they open your card.
