First, check your spam or junk folder. Then check Settings → Notifications - optional emails (reminders, favourite-host alerts, the monthly recap, the newsletter and announcements) each have a toggle. Make sure we have the right email for you in Settings → Account. Important account and safety emails always send regardless.
